Event Overview
-
How much time commitment is required? We get the fact you’re a business entrepreneur. However, somethings are worth spending the time on. Many CEO/Founders we work with come to us and say “I need to understand this.” This sort of CEO/Founder will attend all sessions, do all the training plus oversee the implementation within their business. They see online as a true means to grow their company. Then we have another type of CEO/Founder - the type that attends with a marketing manager or assistant in tow to help spread the load. The time commitment required is about 2 hours per week to attend sessions. If you choose to do the online training (highly suggested) then you will be looking at approximately 10 hours per module of which there are 12. This does not include your own implementation activities.
-
How much will I need to allocate for implementation activities? This is entirely up to the individual business however we would recommend at least $20K for building campaigns and ad spend. It is not compulsory to actually build or execute anything. However, the program content takes on a whole new light and is far more meaningful when you are actually executing on what you are learning.
-
What happens if I miss a session?Whilst in an ideal world you’d get to attend every session, life rarely aligns like that. All sessions are recorded and released a few hours after they occur. A copy will be put in your accountability/program board plus you will receive an email with the link.
-
Can I share information with my team?Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to. Once accepted into the program we will advise which sessions are open to your key team and which are for founders/CEOs only. If you would like to have your whole marketing team working harmoniously and “singing from the same hymn sheet.” talk to us about how we can offer a package to train your team.
